The following terms stand for…

,,Team‘ People employed by the operator who are responsible for compliance and enforcement of the rules.

Foreword
The team can determine the penalty for violating these rules at any time at its own discretion.
Requests from the team must be followed at all times. Accordingly, muting or blocking them is prohibited.
The operator and the team reserve the right to change the rules at any time and without notice.
§ 1 Naming
Your nickname should match the first name or other nicknames.
It must not contain any protected names or parts of names, as well as names of groups in the TeamSpeak or nicknames of other people.
In addition, nicknames may not contain any content that is advertising, offensive, racist, violent, pornographic, extremist, sexist, incitement to the people, or hurtful.
Emotes may not be used, but special characters are permitted to a certain extent.
The nickname must always be legible.
§ 2 Content
Content of any kind is prohibited if it is illegal, advertising, offensive, racist, violent, pornographic, extremist, sexist, inflammatory or offensive.
§ 3 Avatar
The avatar must not contain any content that is illegal, advertising, offensive, racist, violent, pornographic, extremist, sexist, inflammatory or offensive.
Without the express consent of a person, you may not use them or their content on the avatar.
§ 4 Behavior
Impersonating as someone else is prohibited.
If you deliberately disturb other people, you will be punished accordingly.
Any type of attack against a person is prohibited.
§ 5 Spaming
Spaming, i.e. repeating the same activity, is prohibited. This includes, among other things, the frequent reconnection in channel and the repeated writing of an identical or unsavory thing.
§ 6 Recording/Streaming
Recording/Streaming the server is prohibited.
If every person in a private channel and its owner have agreed in writing to the recording/streaming, it is allowed to record their voices. The recording/streaming person is responsible for ensuring that no one is recorded/streamed without their written consent.
It must be marked in the nickname that you are recording/streaming.
If another person enters this channel, the recording/streaming must be stopped immediately.
If a team member forbids such a recording/streaming, this must be followed immediately.
§ 7 Exclusion
Bypassing is prohibited and will be punished accordingly.

§ 8 Rights
Begging for rights such as server groups and others is prohibited.
§ 9 Advertising
Advertising is only permitted in clear agreement with the management.
§ 10 Attacks against servers
Any attack against our servers is punishable and may be prosecuted.
§ 11 Data protection
Private data such as telephone numbers, addresses, passwords and the like may not be exchanged publicly. The passing on of data to or from third parties is prohibited.

§ 12 Use of plugins
The use of any plug-in is only permitted in consultation with an owner.
§ 13 Bots (incl. musicbots)
Bots may only be connected to the server after consultation with an owner.
§ 14 Uploading files
Uploading illegal, advertising, offensive, racist, violent, pornographic, extremist, sexist, racial or offensive content is prohibited.
We are not responsible for content uploaded by users and the possible consequences!
§ 15 Obligation to notify
If a rule violation is detected by a user, this must be reported immediately to a team leader.
§ 16 Level farming
Faking activity to get to a higher level faster is prohibited.
§ 17 Supportabuse
Exploitation of the support area, i.e. entering the waiting room without a reasonable reason, is prohibited.
§ 18 Bugs
The exploitation of bugs (a program error or an error in the settings of our servers), as well as the distribution of these is prohibited.
If a user finds a bug, it must be reported immediately in the support.
§ 19 Channel name
The channel name should match the purpose of itself or the nickname of the channel owner.
It may not contain any protected names or parts of names, as well as names of groups or channels at our TeamSpeak.
In addition, channel names may not contain content that is advertising, offensive, racist, violent, pornographic, extremist, sexist, inciting or hurtful.
Emotes may not be used, but special characters are allowed to a certain extent, but the channel name must always be clearly legible.
The use of strings like [spacer], [cspacer], [rspacer], [lspacer] is not allowed.
§ 20 Age labeling requirement
The identification of the age is mandatory with us. The approximate age is something everyone can forgive themselves as a server group.
